Judging by the time this question was posted, I’m guessing you’ve been watching the English version, the last episode of which just aired yesterday on Sci-Fi.
Yes, there is more to the series. A second season is currently airing in Japan, latest one being ep #18. It takes place four years after the end of season one. Its highly likely that it’ll be brought stateside at some point or another, but not until its finished in Japan.
As Demented said Gundam 00 second season is still running in Japan. However there are rumors that Sunrise is planning something more later this year for Gundam’s 30th Anniversary. Nothing certain has been released about this as of yet, but you hear things when you hang out in the major Gundam sites around the web.

Gundam Double-Oh is currently running its second season…
EDIT: It occurred to me that you may be watching the dubbed Western releases. I guess this still addresses your concerns…
