You can search on places like Deviantart ( http://www.deviantart.com/ ), Google Images ( http://images.google.ca/imghp?hl=en&tab=… ) , Photobucket ( http://photobucket.com/ ) or even Tinypic ( http://www.tinypic.com/ ).
Sometimes I go on these sites myself to get a idea of how to draw certain characters myself and sometimes on Deviantart and Photobucket people even give you instructions on how to draw them, just make sure the picture looks close to the original.

Check the LiveJournal community for Gundam 00. They share a lot of scans there. You can even find original character designs by Yun Kouga. Just check the scans tag.
